If you’re busy or out of town, Skype or telephone sessions can be most convenient. To experience an effective telephone session, a comfortable headset is recommended though not essential.
You also will need to have a comfortable bed, couch, or chair in a room in which you can be assured of not being disturbed for two hours. A large pillow and a stuffed animal or small pillow for emotional process should both be beside you. Because these kinds of sessions are intense, it would best to have a few hours after each session to rest.
