Your appointment time is a contract between us. If you cancel without sufficient notice, I am unable to fill that slot and others who could have used it can’t take advantage of it. You must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund if you have paid in advance for a session. If you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for an hour. If you do not show up for a first appointment or do not give me sufficient notice, you will have to pay for an hour in advance before booking an subsequent appointments. There is a $25 fee along with any bank charged expenses incurred with each returned check. There are no refunds for services or products.
